Due to the slow economy, I am open Saturday and Sunday. I have a full time job and this business is done in a non-interfering manner. I am sure any reasonable person understands this. Please do not be upset if phone calls or e-mails take a few days to return. This business is run full time on weekends. I hope this business will grow enough to staff it 8 hours each day of the week for your convenience, but today that is not the case.

Shipping always by convenient FedEx ground/home delivery from Dallas, Texas 75006. (Sorry, no USPS or UPS, I don't like spending my lunch hour in slow-moving lines.) A good estimate of the cost can be found by using the FedEx online calculator. Be sure to allow for the size or weight of the item and an appropriate box. CRTs are generally double boxed with packing between the boxes. Items are well-packed so that you get them in one piece. Not responsible for damage/loss/breakage once delivered to carrier, but we do declare the value on the FedEx form. I will quote the actual shipping cost once the order has been placed via e-mail and I have your USA receiving address.

The regular minimum order is $20. Different kinds of items can be combined to easily meet this.

In the case of meters, the minimum order of meters is $20 no matter what else is being ordered. Therefore you should try to buy at least 7. The prices are therefore exceeding low on the meters to move them out. If you only want one, it will be $20. Meters count towards the regular minimum order. The price breaks on the meters are as follows:
1-6 meters: $20 total
7-10 meters: $3 each
11-20 meters: $2 each
More than 20 meters: contact us

I cannot return phone calls from outside the USA. It cost too much. Please use E-mail instead.

I do not ship outside the USA because it takes too much time and trouble to fill out confusing and bizzarre customs forms at the low prices we charge. I've already had trouble from some guy from Canada who managed to wriggle out of paying his brokerage fee when he received his goods. Sorry one guy made such a headache and spoiled it for all. I certainly was not about to pay his fee. In the end, months later, he was heavily fined. It's not worth the problems and I don't have time for them, sorry. If you are outside the USA and want to buy something, please arrange for a friend or business associate inside the USA to buy it, receive it, and ship it to you.

If you are dissatisfied with anything you have bought here, you may, after contacting me to make arrangements, return it postpaid within 10 days of receiving it, and upon inspection to see that it is in undamaged and in substantially the same condition as when it was shipped, the item price will be cheerfully refunded. No shipping charges either way will be refunded at these low sale prices.
